Thank goodness for this article! I was trying to update my Hybrid configuration after I had to update my SSL certificate for Exchange due to the buttholes at GoDaddy! (Don’t get me started there!) I found this article and wanted to apply it to my blog for reference and the updated links to the HCW. I will try to remember to update my link page this weekend!
Symptom
When you run the Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW), you receive the following error message:
ADSTS50011: The reply URL specified in the request does not match the reply URLs configured for the application: 'a0c73c16-a7e3-4564-9a95-2bdf47383716'.
Cause
One of the old reply URLs used by the wizard has been removed from the service, and the version of the HCW that you are running isn’t aware of that update.
Resolution
Please install the updated version of Hybrid Configuration Wizard.
NOTE: I thought I had an updated version of the HCW from September of 2020, but it turns out I did not so it was NOT self aware of the March Updates that had the new URLs in them! GOOD TO KNOW!
