We go over all the aspects of the features available in the Groups tab and provide links for further reading.<br><br>Thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/officeproinc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OfficePro, Inc.<\/a> and Microsoft Speakers Hub for allowing me to represent them! We will have more presentations to come in the following weeks! Be on the lookout for new events weekly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Sometimes you may need to adjust your M365 Group or perform tasks from your M365 Groups that you are the Owner of. This can be easily done through Outlook for the Web App or the new Outlook Desktop Client.  This documentation will show you how to perform those tasks and make those changes.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accessing Your Groups to Manage Them<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Outlook for the Web App, Choose the Groups Icon on the Left Hand Ribbon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your Groups will be listed in the Inner Ribbon under Groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right-hand window is where you perform all your tasks with the group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"624\" height=\"462\" src=\"https:\/\/itblog.ldlnet.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-196194\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E-Mail Tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the Email Tab to access the group messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can send emails to the group from there and follow up on emails sent to the group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can change the settings to deliver group messages to your inbox as well from this tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"624\" height=\"268\" src=\"https:\/\/itblog.ldlnet.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-196195\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Files Tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can view recent files sent to the group and shared with the group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also look at the entire document repository and keep all your files in one place via the Group Document Library<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"466\" height=\"240\" src=\"https:\/\/itblog.ldlnet.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-196196\" style=\"width:932px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Events Tab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have a Group Calendar for which you can schedule events, meetings, teams calls, etc\u2026 All managed from one location.
